Requirements

• Language Skills
  

Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2). Conversational English is requiredto communicate with global team members and engineers.

• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  
• Practical experience using machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures, such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc.
  
• Hands-on experience with at least one specialized AI domain, such as: Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing
  
• Demonstrated experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with engineers, PMs, and business stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into AI/ML solutions.
