Requirements

We are currently looking for highly experienced Oracle Functional Consultants for an urgent requirement. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering business requirements, leading workshops, designing functional solutions, and implementing Oracle modules within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.

• seek highly experienced Oracle functional consultants who can liaise with client users and consultants alike to gather requirements, analyse pain points, lead workshops, develop detailed functional designs in Oracle Purchasing, iProc and Accounts Payable. In particular experience of procurement, iSupplier/supplier portal and sourcing are essential.
  
• Lead discovery workshops with the client
  
• Analyse and challenge existing processes
  
• Document processes/process mapping
  
• Make recommendations on best practice in the P2P workstream
  
• Act as a workstream lead and the expert on the P2P workstream
  
• Support the PM/architect in planning and reporting progress 
  
• Complete assigned tasks from the plan in the time allocated to the requested quality. 
  
• Develop and document configuration,
  
• Configure and maintain instances to support testing and production. 
  
• Write and test functional designs 
  
• Develop materials and train users 
  
• Support UAT, Cutover and post Go-live
  
• Qualifications
  
• 7+ years' experience of analysing business requirements and detailed design documents
  
• 7+ years Oracle implementation experience
  
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customisations
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
  
• Organised and self-motivated
  
• Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent projects may be required.
  
• The ability to adopt and adhere to client policies and procedures
  
• Sound negotiation skills.
