An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paid Media Buyer to lead and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok platforms.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with additional channels such as Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
This role demands a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, proactive adaptation to platform updates, and effective management of organic social media posts.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Meta and TikTok to drive e-commerce sales.

  • Optimise campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CLTV.

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments.

  • Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets for maximum ROI.

Cross-Platform Advertising:

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit, tailoring strategies to platform-specific audiences.

  • Explore emerging advertising platforms for new growth opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and improve campaign outcomes.

Organic Social Media Management:

  • Oversee planning and scheduling of organic social media posts, ensuring alignment with paid strategies.

  • Implement post-boosting strategies for enhanced engagement.

  • Collaborate with content creators for engaging and brand-consistent social media content.

Platform Knowledge & Continuous Learning:

  • Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

  • Participate in ongoing training and share insights with the broader team.



Requirements

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying on Meta and TikTok within the e-commerce sector.

  • Proven record of achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns.

  • Experience with Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit advertising is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise strategies.

  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

  • Excellent understanding of organic social media strategies.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple e-commerce accounts.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce.

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimisation.

  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
