Plan and execute campaigns on Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit, tailoring strategies to platform-specific audiences.
Explore emerging advertising platforms for new growth opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Prepare detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.
Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
Organic Social Media Management:
Oversee planning and scheduling of organic social media posts, ensuring alignment with paid strategies.
Implement post-boosting strategies for enhanced engagement.
Collaborate with content creators for engaging and brand-consistent social media content.
Platform Knowledge & Continuous Learning:
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and share insights with the broader team.
Experience:
3β5 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying on Meta and TikTok within the e-commerce sector.
Proven record of achieving KPIs in paid media campaigns.
Experience with Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Reddit advertising is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise strategies.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent understanding of organic social media strategies.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple e-commerce accounts.
Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce.
