Summary of Office suite tools and how we can better utilise these across the business
Suggest and implement efficiency gains through the use of MS Office suite, specifically including MS Forms, Power Automate and Copilot
Review, update and design process workflows
Assist with the implementation of Bullhorn Automation and take ownership of building additional automations as directed by the Ops Director and COO
Implement CV formatting solution
Review and suggest streamlined Salesforce user interfaces, to be implemented by the Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Office is essential for both roles and experience in the recruitment sector or with Salesforce would be advantageous.
