Overview:
The role of Resourcer is to support the successful delivery of candidates to our clients in the automotive sector. You will play a vital role in candidate identification, engagement, and qualification — ensuring our shortlists are accurate, high-quality, and submitted within tight deadlines. Whether you're early in your recruitment career or bringing previous sourcing experience, this role offers an opportunity to develop deep sector knowledge and work closely with experienced consultants in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
ï· Proactively source and build longlists of qualified candidates using our internal CRM, previous shortlist history, and other in-house data
ï· Supplement longlists using job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases, and candidate referrals
ï· Work to tight deadlines, prioritising speed and quality in candidate identification
Candidate Engagement & Qualification
ï· Make initial contact with candidates via phone, email, or LinkedIn to assess interest and suitability
ï· Ensure correct CV’s are uploaded and update candidate profiles in the CRM system
ï· Conduct initial qualification of candidates
ï· Assess candidate’s relevant experience & skills for roles
ï· Flag any concerns, red flags, or negotiation points to the Consultant
ï· Explain the role, company and overall package in detail
Data Management & Process
ï· Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM
ï· Track progress against agreed deliverables (e.g. number of candidates sourced/contacted/submitted)
ï· Support the Consultant in managing candidate pipelines and job prioritisation

ï· Timely delivery of high-quality longlists aligned to the brief
ï· Effective use of existing company data before external sourcing tools
ï· High candidate engagement and CV conversion rate
ï· Excellent industry knowledge relayed to interested candidates
ï· Accurate and complete candidate qualification information
ï· CRM kept up to date with all relevant candidate notes and progress
