⪠Community Support – Responding to queries and concerns raised by community members
⪠Community Wellness - Assess all member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric to keep them happy and engaged
⪠Community Research - Conduct surveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will include assessing our rewards structure
⪠Community Growth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican community and expand to other countries
⪠Project Enquiries – Responding to business enquiries for new projects
