JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP logistics transformation programs across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and order-to-cash processes. Drive cross-functional governance, execution excellence, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Â· Own program planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management for SAP logistics initiatives.

Â· Lead delivery across SD, LE,QM and integration with 3PL systems

Â· Drive solution governance, design approvals, scope control, and change management.

Â· Manage global deployment strategy, cutover planning, hypercare, and stabilization.

Â· Establish SteerCo governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.

Â· Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, clean core principles, and standardization across entities.

Â· Oversee partner/vendor performance, SoWs, commercials, and resource planning.

Â· Champion process excellence in O2C, P2P, inventory, warehousing, logistics execution, and outbound distribution.

Â· Monitor KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

Â· Deep functional expertise in at least two logistics modules (SD/LE/QM).

Â· Proven delivery of multi-country SAP rollouts or brownfield/greenfield programs.

Â· Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO, PP, QM, IBP/ATP, and 3rd-party logistics systems.

Â· Hands-on with program tools: RAID logs, cutover playbooks, KPI dashboards, vendor governance.

Â· Excellent stakeholder management at CXO/business leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Â· S/4HANA implementation experience (1909 or higher).

Â· Familiarity with EDI, ASN, batch management, serialization, cold chain, export compliance.

Â· Knowledge of Track and Trace with Agile/SAFe delivery models and hybrid execution.

Education & Certifications

Â· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain.

Â· PMP / Prince2 / SAFe / SAP Activate certification preferred.
