Roles & Responsibilities

12–18+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture
8+ years in SAP technical architecture roles with multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or transformations
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA extensibility and ABAP (OO, RAP, CDS, AMDP), SAP Fiori, OData, APIs, and event-based integrations
Experience with SAP BTP (Integration Suite, CAP, Workflow, Business Rules) and SAP CPI/PI/PO or equivalent integration platforms; ability to govern custom developments to avoid core modifications

Requirements:

Own end-to-end technical architecture covering SAP and non-SAP systems, defining target architecture, integration patterns, and deployment models

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead solution design and technical architecture for complex, enterprise-scale programs spanning SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and non-SAP platforms.
This role owns the end-to-end technical blueprint, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and clean-core compliance while enabling business agility.
The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate business vision into robust, future-proof technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Solution & Architecture Design
• Own end-to-end technical architecture covering SAP and non-SAP systems
• Define target architecture, integration patterns, and deployment models
• Design scalable solutions across transactional, analytical, and digital layers
• Ensure alignment with Clean Core, extensibility, and SAP best practices
SAP Architecture
• Architect solutions on SAP S/4HANA (On-Prem, Private Cloud, Public Cloud)
• Design extensions using SAP BTP (CAP, RAP, Fiori, Workflow, Integration Suite)
• Govern custom developments (ABAP, Fiori, APIs) to avoid core modifications
• Drive code quality, performance optimization, and technical governance
Integration & Non-SAP Landscape
• Design integrations using SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, events, and middleware
• Architect interfaces with non-SAP systems (3PL, MES, WMS, CRM, Planning, Finance, Analytics platforms)
• Define data models, canonical structures, and error-handling strategies
• Evaluate and integrate cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) where required
Technology Governance
• Define and enforce architecture standards, design principles, and guardrails
• Support security, authorization, and compliance architecture
• Ensure NFRs: performance, scalability, availability, and resilience
Delivery & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with functional architects to convert business requirements into executable designs
• Provide technical leadership during Build, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare

Required Skills & Experience
Experience

• 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture
• 8+ years in SAP technical architecture roles
• Multiple S/4HANA implementations or transformations end-to-end
