Node JS Developer

This is a remote position.

Backend NodeJS AWS Developer  ( Work from Home)

A talented software development professional with a good technical background and experience building excellent user focused solutions and who will drive forward innovation to deliver cutting edge application solutions

Essential Skills:

Ability to work with local and Australia based team for project execution & coordination

Sound experience in nodeJS and javascript using current design patterns/practices, especially as it applies to building flexible NodeJS applications;

Strong experience with MongoDB

Experience with Elastic Search

Knowledge or experience with AWS services, including but not limited to the following: EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, IAM, etc

Experience in Micro service development and serverless APIs

Release management of Node JS web applications and Web services

Experience of API design, development and API lifecycle management best practices

Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

Capabilities in 3^rd party integrations

Hands-on experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs

Excellent software troubleshooting skills in Production systems

Self-learning abilities are required

Other Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Able to work independently as well as within a team

Open to learning new technologies and trend

Candidate should have a steady broadband or cable Internet

Mandatory Skills: NodeJS, MongoDB, JavaScript,RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs

Good Communication, Debugging and Analytical Skills

Preferred: Elastic Search,  AWS Services (Lambda, SNS, SQS etc)

Optional: ReactJS,  Cassandra, DynamoDB
