Job Details

Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer(7+ Years of Experience)
Job Location: Remote
Working Hours: 4 PM to 1 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)
Important Note: The company will not provide a laptop during the probation period. Candidates must have their own device to perform their duties effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho One Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience to lead the development and integration of Zoho-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho platforms, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient, and customized business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Zoho One applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.) to align with business requirements.
Integrate Zoho platforms with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom workflows.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Deluge scripting and other relevant programming languages.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Zoho implementations for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for Zoho development.
Stay updated on Zoho product updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record. We’re looking for candidates with:

7+ years of professional experience in Zoho development and customization.
Expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho suite applications.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting, REST APIs, and integration techniques.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Zoho Developer Certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Zoho Analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and database management.
Prior experience leading a team or managing Zoho projects end-to-end.
