This is a remote position.
You will work with modern outbound and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Salesforge, and similar platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring strong ownership and persistence.
Building targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead databases.
Generating 120–150 qualified leads per day, aligned with the ICP.
Launching and managing multichannel outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp).
Pitching “recycled / ready-to-hire” talent profiles via outbound messaging and calls.
Booking 10–15 meetings per month through outbound campaigns.
Following up consistently across channels to maximise response and conversion.
Experience in: HR / recruitment / staffing / EOR / outsourcing sales
Experience with Zoho CRM
Familiarity with automation workflows: (Zapier / Make.com)
scraping/enrichment processes
