Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for Direct Clients (Permanent Staffing - IT & Non-IT): understand requirements, source, screen, interview coordination, negotiate, and submit candidates.
  • Source candidates via portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and through direct/indirect channels and social media; build and maintain a qualified candidate pool.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, resumes, trackers and reports (Excel); track requirements, call logs, interview feedback, and manage scheduling and follow-ups; negotiate compensation.
  • Work remotely in a permanent WFH setup; collaborate with senior recruitment teams and participate in weekly recruitment group meetings.

Job description

• Handling recruitment process – Understanding Requirements, sourcing, identifying, screening, calling, negotiating and submitting candidates for assigned requisitions for Direct Clients (Permanent Staffing - IT & Non-IT)
• Searching candidates in various portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Successfully sourcing candidates through direct & indirect channels, internet job sites and social media.
• Built and maintaining a well-qualified pool of available candidates. Multi-tasking skills to work on multiple requirements.
• Maintaining resume database, trackers, and reports.
• Capable of working independently and in teams with people at all levels.
• Scheduling interview and doing follow-ups. Negotiate compensation and pay-rate of Candidates.
• Submit screened and short-listed profile/resumes to the clients for technical evaluation.
• Monitored all the requirements, call logs, recruitment status, etc. in spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible for keeping daily track of candidates submitted, interviewed and feedback from Manager.
• Participate in weekly group meeting conducted between recruitment teams and discuss recruitment status and issues.
