Job description

This is a remote position.

Envoy Health is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team for the summer. The ideal candidate will assist the team in improving our business processes and practices to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in research and data collection to understand the organization and its context.
Participate in analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Work alongside other business analysts and report findings to senior management.
Support the development of business requirements and specifications.
Participate in business and technical meetings.
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, data models, and project life cycles.
Help to create and update dashboards for ongoing monitoring of business performance.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
