Job description

We are looking for interim recruiters and interim talent acquisition specialists that will work remotely or onsite for our clients. We plan to expand our business line and offer our clients in Germany support of experienced, qualified and enthusiastic recruitment professionals for short and long projects.  Tasks may include (depending on the client): Active candidate search Scheduling of interviews Preparation of contracts Conducting interviews with candidates Support with on-boarding Support with events and other tasks Requirements Experience as a recruiter 3+ years Strong English (other languages especially German is a plus) Strong self-discipline and ability to work remotely and show results Skill to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits Remote work as an Interim Recruiter for an international company Interesting and challenging tasks Opportunity to grow your expertise in German and pan-European recruitment
