The Vice President, Growth & Engagement at University Online will serve as a leader responsible for driving enrollment growth and enhancing engagement strategies to support University ’s online programs. This executive position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and a proven track record of success in student recruitment, marketing, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase enrollment in University ’s online programs.
Align marketing, recruitment, and engagement efforts with institutional goals for student success and program reputation.
Enrollment Management:
Lead initiatives to recruit, enroll, and retain students for online programs, focusing on diverse populations and underserved communities.
Oversee the design and implementation of recruitment campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Set and achieve enrollment growth targets, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Marketing & Branding:
Drive digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social media to attract prospective students.
Partner with Executive team to produce compelling messaging and creative assets.
Partnerships & Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and community partners to generate leads and create opportunities for strategic collaborations.
Participate in University ceremonies
Engage with alumni and stakeholders to foster a robust referral network.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, marketing, or growth-focused roles.
Proven success in driving enrollment growth for online or hybrid programs
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and enrollment goals.
Experience with commission-based or performance-driven incentive structures preferred.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and enrollment analytics.
