  • Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and practical applications

Requirements:

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development programs and workshops for individuals and organizations
  • Facilitate live online weekly Zoom sessions
  • Cover topics including safe, motivated, cohesive working environment; wellness and team building; training and capacity building; project management
  • Submit weekly reports detailing progress and outcomes

Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced course facilitators to provide live online through weekly zoom classes.
The Course Facilitator in Leadership Development is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development programs and workshops for individuals and organizations in the following subjects;
  • How to create a safe, motivated, cohesive working environment
  • Wellness and team building
  • Training and capacity building
  • Project management

Contract duration: 4-8 weeks
Contract start date: Please state the 4- 8week block/s you are available to deliver the
course/s you are applying to facilitate for (within the timeframe of 18th October - 18th
December 2023)
Level of effort: Up to 3 hours a week
Total level of effort: up to 8 weeks

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, or coaching.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
