Conduct routine

Test the Drones in multiple aspects to ensure that the repairs have be completed.
QA/QC of the repairs / maintenance/ testing performed
Collaborate with
drone operators and other team members to understand and address specific
operational requirements.
Maintain
comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
for documentation and regulatory compliance.
Keep abreast of the
latest developments and trends in drone technology, regulations, and best
practices.
Develop and implement
preventive maintenance schedules to reduce the risk of unexpected equipment
failures.
Monitor battery life
and charging cycles, ensuring drones are powered up and ready for operation.
Follow established
safety protocols and guidelines while handling and maintaining drones.
In addition to the above, the employee shall be responsible for visiting on testing sites or client sites for drone flying, drone testing, repairs, maintenance
Research and implement new techniques throughout PIS for providing better services to clients.

R&D Experience to implement new workflows

Knowledge of computer programming or coding
languages for drone customization and modification.
Experience in maintaining other types of unmanned
aerial vehicles (UAVs) or remotely operated systems
Remote Pilot Certificate issued by DGCA
