Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Talented Acquisition Specialist (Remote) with a keen eye for design and a knack for attracting top visual and content talent globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and a passion for the creative industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified candidates worldwide.

  • Assess CVs, Resumes, portfolios (no interviews required).

  • Use innovative lead sourcing techniques to identify top talent.

Benefits

Salary:

  • PHP 29,000 per month (quota-based)

  • Additional bonuses per position that you will hire~

  • $5 Lead gen allowance per month (With bonus)
