  • Lead business discovery and requirement definition across complex Salesforce initiatives
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and success metrics, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Own end-to-end solution definition, including business and functional requirements, process flows, user journeys, and solution blueprints; align business expectations with technical delivery
  • Drive UAT strategy and execution, change management and user enablement, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with Architects, Developers, and Delivery Leads

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office per Week  | 2 Days Work From Home per Week) / Remote, India (If Eligible) 

Remote Work Eligibility (India):

  • Candidates residing more than 30 km from any mindZvue office location are eligible for Remote – India.

  • Remote employees are required to work from the assigned primary office location for up to 10 days per quarter for collaboration, planning, and key engagements.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business discovery and requirement definition across complex Salesforce initiatives.

  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to:

    • Understand business goals, challenges, and success metrics

    • Translate them into clear, scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Own end-to-end solution definition, including:

    • Business and functional requirement documents

    • Process flows, user journeys, and solution blueprints

  • Act as a solution owner, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Delivery Leads to drive solution design.

  • Lead and mentor Business Analysts, providing guidance on best practices and delivery standards.

  • Drive UAT strategy and execution, including test planning, validation, and business sign-off.

  • Support change management and adoption, including training materials and enablement.

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Actively participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

  • Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder confidence.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or CRM Consultant.

  • Strong consulting experience across:

    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

    • Small, mid, and large-scale Salesforce implementations

  • Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery and solutioning workshops.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, features, and best practices.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Business process modeling and optimization

    • Requirement elicitation techniques and documentation standards

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, automation, security)

    • UAT planning, execution, and sign-off

  • Proficiency with tools such as:

    • MS Excel (advanced analysis)

    • Visio / Lucidchart / Miro

    • PowerPoint / Google Slide / Canva

    • Jira

    • SQL & relational databases (working knowledge)

  • Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data migration is a plus.

Leadership & Communication

  • Demonstrated ability to lead BA teams and influence solution direction.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working with distributed teams in a Hybrid / Remote environment.

Certifications

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Must Have)

  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
