Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to manufacturing products and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging trust and loyalty to the company's brand.
