Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or demand generation (SaaS/tech).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media and digital performance with a strong understanding of funnel metrics and revenue KPIs.
  • Experience with analytics/attribution tools (Google Analytics, DreamData or similar) and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred); English fluency (C1/C2) and residency in Buenos Aires area.

Requirements:

  • Lead and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns, website performance, and analytics to drive measurable impact across the funnel.
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with other marketing teams to accelerate growth.
  • Own performance measurement, attribution, and reporting of digital campaigns with a revenue-oriented focus.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization across paid media, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Buscamos Digital Marketing Manager para liderar y optimizar campañas de marketing digital pago, performance del sitio web y analítica. Es un rol hands-on, orientado a impacto medible a lo largo del funnel y a la ejecución de iniciativas de go-to-market en conjunto con otros equipos de marketing.

Requisitos

  • +4 años de experiencia en performance marketing o demand generation B2B (SaaS/tech).
  • Experiencia hands-on gestionando paid media y performance digital.

  • Sólido entendimiento de métricas de funnel, atribución y KPIs orientados a revenue.
  • Experiencia con Google Analytics, DreamData u herramientas similares.

  • Conocimiento de Google Tag Manager u otras herramientas de optimización.

  • Experiencia con marketing automation (Pardot preferentemente) y CRM (Salesforce preferentemente).
  • Inglés fluido (C1/C2).

  • Residencia en Buenos Aires o alrededores.

Deseable

  • Experiencia gestionando sitios web de marketing.
  • Conocimientos de HTML, CSS y JavaScript; experiencia con WordPress u otros CMS.
  • Experiencia previa en empresas SaaS en etapa de crecimiento o scale-up.
  • Conocimiento de personalización de contenidos y experiencias web basadas en cuentas (ABM).
  • Experiencia con SQL o herramientas de BI (Domo, Looker, Tableau).
  • Experiencia vendiendo software a audiencias de finanzas, producto o ingeniería.
