Job description

Buscamos Project Manager para gestionar proyectos estratégicos de consultoría, asegurando la correcta planificación, coordinación y entrega de soluciones tecnológicas que generen valor para el cliente. Será el principal punto de contacto entre clientes, equipos internos y stakeholders, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempos, presupuesto y calidad.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Gestionar proyectos de consultoría de complejidad media, de inicio a cierre.
  • Definir planes de proyecto (cronograma, recursos, riesgos y dependencias).
  • Gestionar alcance, presupuesto y plazos, aplicando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.

  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos.

  • Acompañar a los clientes en la adopción de mejores prácticas y cambios operativos.

  • Monitorear el avance del proyecto y comunicar el estado a stakeholders

  • Apoyar oportunidades comerciales (estimaciones, propuestas, presentaciones).

  • Guiar y supervisar a perfiles junior.


Requisitos

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos (consultoría, tecnología o transformación digital).
  • Experiencia con metodologías tradicionales y/o ágiles (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, híbridas). 
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes y gestionando stakeholders. 
  • Alta capacidad organizativa, comunicación efectiva y enfoque a resultados. 
Deseable
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o afines.
  • Certificaciones PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe u otras. 
  • Manejo de herramientas como Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet. 
  • Otros Inglés intermedio alto / avanzado (B2+). 
  • Residencia en Chile, Argentina, Perú o Paraguay (preferido).
