Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong storytelling and strategic thinking to turn abstract ideas into compelling visuals and campaigns that support brand objectives.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials, guiding branding strategy.
  • Design assets for marketing campaigns, websites, digital ads, and social media, ensuring visual consistency in typography, layout, and color schemes.
  • Create graphics, animations, and videos for social platforms; collaborate with marketing to drive growth and engagement; stay current with design trends.
  • Design promotional collateral (banners, infographics, posters, brochures) and contribute to UI/UX improvements; work with developers to implement designs.

Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to lead visual design efforts. The Senior Creative Designer will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a strong brand identity across all visual touchpointsmarketing materials, website, social media, and digital content.

This role is ideal for someone who sees design as a form of storytellingsomeone who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences. The right candidate should be able to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and eventually grow and mentor a small creative team.

What Youll Be Doing:

Branding & Design Strategy

  • Develop and uphold a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and materials.

  • Design innovative assets for marketing campaigns, websites, digital ads, and social media.

  • Ensure visual consistency in branding elements like typography, layout, and color schemes.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create visually engaging graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that drives growth and engagement.

  • Stay up to date with design trends and propose fresh, relevant creative concepts.

Marketing & Advertising Collaterals

  • Design promotional assets such as banners, infographics, posters, and brochures.

  • Partner with marketing on compelling visuals for high-performing ad creatives.

  • Optimize graphics and visual assets for SEO, SEM, and paid advertising performance.

Course Materials & UI/UX Design

  • Design visually engaging slide decks, e-learning materials, and other educational content.

  • Contribute to improving the visual interface and user experience of digital platforms.

  • Work with developers to ensure design concepts are accurately implemented.

What Were Looking For:

Overall Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in creative design, branding, or related areas.

  • Demonstrated success creating impactful visual content for digital and social channels.

  • UI/UX design experience is a plus but not a strict requirement.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

  • Comfortable using Canva, Figma, or Sketch for design and prototyping.

  • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are a bonus.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and social media content formats.

Creative & Strategic Thinking
