Job description

We are looking to add an ENTRY LEVEL Data Entry Specialist to our team. We provide all training to start a new career. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance and record keeping.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

Enter, audit and reconcile customer accounts receivable before and after data entry.

Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phone calls and handling routine correspondence.

Participate in the department to discuss status and performance of tasks and required deliverables.

Comply with company policies and applicable federal regulations.

Other duties as required.

Must perform work with the highest level and attention to detail.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS/MEASUREMENTS.

Must accurately enter and store all information in accordance with the responsibilities and duties of the position.

Must have a general sense of knowledge and understanding of company procedures pertaining to the job function.

Must achieve established work standards of quantity and quality consistently by process or function.

Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields.

Excellent typing skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Detail and deadline oriented.

Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least 6 months of general office and data entry experience required.

Minimum 1 year of experience using MS Office, Outlook and Word (preferred).

Skills and/or Abilities:

Strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.

Must be able to speak, read and write English.
