6+ years of database administration and development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other DB platforms in AWS
Expert-level hands-on experience in a cloud-based database engineering ecosystem like AWS
Strong experience in database management and administration in an AWS environment
Working proficiency in a Linux environment

Job Description:
The Sr. DBA will work with DevOps, Architecture, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, Information Security, and other groups across the organization.
The DBA will provide database design recommendations and conduct DBA activities including development and production support.
DBA will create new Databases and decommission Databases in Prod and Non-Production environments.
DBA will design and conduct data migration, database backup & recovery.
Sr. DBA will be involved in Database Design and Data Architecture/ Data Modelling
Also, the main activities will include the Database optimization of the development and production systems working with development and infrastructure teams.
