Roles & Responsibilities

7-10 years of hands-on experience implementing and administering SAP SuccessFactors HRIS
Strong end-user/administrator experience with SF systems and familiarity with admin tasks
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, data migration, and UAT
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate in large organizations

Requirements:

Actively maintain and administer SAP SuccessFactors HRIS systems as End User/Administrator
Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, data migration, and UAT
Engage with stakeholders through strong communication and presentation to ensure client expectations and quality of deliverables
Collaborate with large teams to achieve common goals, meet deadlines, and navigate challenges to deliver high-quality results

Job Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors (SF) HRIS End User / Administrator who is responsible for actively maintaining the organizations SF Systems

SF Consultant who has contributed to SAP SuccessFactors Implementation projects i.e., requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, providing administration training, performing data migration, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills possesses solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with large organizations stakeholders.

Successfully navigate through challenges to complete the deliverables within deadlines and ensure that the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.

Ability to collaborate with a large team and work for a common goal.
