Roles & Responsibilities

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Logic Apps.
Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes; capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.

Requirements:

Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions including entity customization, workflows, forms, and data import/export.
Develop and deploy custom coded C# processes; read/write JavaScript, HTML, and SQL; troubleshoot and resolve issues and apply best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; communicate effectively; work independently and manage time to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices; utilize Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrate with Azure Data Factory/Logic Apps as needed.

Job description

Role:- MS Dynamic CRM Architect

Experience:- 10 to 14 Years

Notice period:- Immediate

Work location:- Remote

Total experience required 10 - 14 years.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.
Proficiency in entity customization, workflow creation, form design, and data import/export within Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience developing and deploying custom coded C# processes.
Capable of reading and writing JavaScript, HTML, & SQL.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning & best practices.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) & Logic Apps.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Experience with Zendesk & Jira is a plus
Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant or equivalent, are desirable but not mandatory
