Develop and maintain Oracle and PostgreSQL databases with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL coding, focusing on performance optimization
Monitor database growth and lock-related issues; perform recovery of lost objects and data, and reorganize tables and indexes
Maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and coding standards; manage import/export activities
Collaborate with teams to ensure robust database architecture and effective communication of internal details

Role: Database developer

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience as an Oracle and PostgreSQL Database Developer.
Hands-on both PL/SQL and PostgreSQL with programming languages.
Strong understanding of Oracle and PostgreSQL database architecture and internals.
Working Knowledge of query optimizations.
Maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and coding standards.
Working knowledge of import/export activities.
Recovery of lost objects and data files, monitoring the database growth, and Re-organization of tables, and indexes.
Monitoring the database lock-related issues
Good communication skills

Good to Have:

Any database migration experience is a plus.
Database certification (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Working knowledge of AWS RDS, Creation of instances, monitoring, etc.
