Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are AIDA, a recruitment technology-based employee search. For our client, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant.

Are you a certified Salesforce expert with strong consulting and implementation experience? Do you want to lead transformative Salesforce projects for international clients? If yes, this could be your next big move!

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
• Salesforce Administrator certification plus at least two of the following:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
• Deep understanding of complex data models and scalable automation
• Hands-on experience with client workshops, PoCs, and effort estimations
• Proficiency in advanced reporting with Tableau and/or Einstein Analytics

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with client goals
• Lead agile project teams and guide sprint planning sessions
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices
• Optimize Salesforce setups through advanced flows and integrations
• Conduct data migrations with a strong focus on data integrity
• Collaborate with clients on business process mapping and issue resolution
