Job Overview

We are seeking an AI Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven chatbot solutions for customer interactions, automation, and digital assistance. The ideal candidate should have experience working with chatbot frameworks and AI-powered conversation models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain chatbot applications using platforms like Dialogflow, ChatGPT API, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Integrate chatbots with web applications, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize chatbot performance by refining Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
• Test and troubleshoot chatbot interactions to improve response accuracy and user experience.
• Collaborate with business teams to define chatbot use cases and automate processes.
• Ensure chatbots align with brand voice and provide meaningful customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with chatbot development frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of NLP, AI, and automation technologies.
• Experience integrating chatbots with third-party applications using APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other scripting languages used in chatbot development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve chatbot accuracy based on analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI GPT, or IBM Watson.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Lambda, Azure Bot Services, or Google Cloud AI.
• Understanding of human-centered AI design and chatbot best practices.
• Experience with multilingual chatbot development is a plus.
