Python Chatbot Developer (1099 Contractor)

Job brief

We are seeking a contract Python developer to create and enhance conversational AI chatbots using frameworks like LangChain. This is a remote, project-based 1099 contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Python-based chatbots for multiple business use cases.
• Integrate intelligent chatbots with upstream and downstream data and systems
• Enhance natural language processing performance via frameworks like LangChain
• Train chatbot models leveraging machine learning and neural networks
• Maintain thorough documentation of chatbot configuration, training and enhancements
• Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and share progress.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years professional experience with Python development
• Strong grasp of modern chatbot frameworks and libraries (LangChain experience a plus)
• Familiarity training AI models including reinforcement learning methodologies
• Passion for leveraging NLP and chatbots to improve CX and EX
• Eligibility to work in a 1099 capacity with no employer restrictions
