Full Job Description

Were looking for a self-motivated data entry person to setup and onboard key customers with access to an online portal. If you are customer focussed, with a passion for data and a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Monitor email inbox and process new access requests
Assist with backlog requests
Data entry of customers into our system
Data verification and maintenance of customer records
Respond to enquiries from customer service

Skills and experience

Excellent data entry skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong communication and time management skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work unsupervised
Enthusiasm to learn new systems/technology applications
Previous experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce would be highly regarded, although training will be provided
