Full Job Description

Were looking for a self-motivated data entry person to setup and onboard key customers with access to an online portal. If you are customer focussed, with a passion for data and a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor email inbox and process new access requests
  • Assist with backlog requests
  • Data entry of customers into our system
  • Data verification and maintenance of customer records
  • Respond to enquiries from customer service

Skills and experience

  • Excellent data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work unsupervised
  • Enthusiasm to learn new systems/technology applications
  • Previous experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce would be highly regarded, although training will be provided
