OVERVIEW: We're looking for a hard-working and self-motivated Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, possess a great attention to detail and confidence to work alone with a team.
This could be the perfect opportunity for you! Duties and Responsibilities:

Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
Respond to the customers enquiries in a timely manner
Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
Perform duties such as taking samples and evaluating
Maintain records files are updated
Perform other duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
High school diploma required
Good computer knowledge and skills
Must have 1+ years data entry experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
