Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (front desk/administrative role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude and assist with directions around the office
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, route calls, and screen/forward as necessary
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue and collect badges, and manage office security procedures
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties, including travel bookings (hotel and car) for associates and event coordination support as needed

Part Time Receptionist

Key Accountabilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Managing travel for senior management
  • Booking of Hotel & Car for associates
  • Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Managing Security Staff at Reception area
  • Following safety procedure for Visitors
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Crown – Record Management – New Project on Digitalization
  • Maintenance of Indoor Plants
  • Vendor Management related to Profile
  • Payment Clearance and management
  • Leading Employee Welfare @ head office on festivals.
