Part Time Receptionist

Key Accountabilities

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Managing travel for senior management
Booking of Hotel & Car for associates
Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Managing Security Staff at Reception area
Following safety procedure for Visitors
Provide excellent customer service.
Crown – Record Management – New Project on Digitalization
Maintenance of Indoor Plants
Vendor Management related to Profile
Payment Clearance and management
Leading Employee Welfare @ head office on festivals.
