Roles & Responsibilities

  • Familiarization with all social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate various computer applications and software programs (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Plan and book travel arrangements for clients to create well-organized, personalized vacations
  • Research destinations, compare options, and provide clients with recommendations and options
  • Coordinate bookings, manage details such as itineraries, payments, and confirmations, and handle changes or disruptions
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, deliver high-quality customer service, and communicate clearly to ensure client satisfaction

  • Authorized to work within the United States
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
