Requirements:

  • Assist clients in planning, pricing, and booking travel arrangements that meet their preferences and budget.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, Zoom, and other platforms to provide updates and support.
  • Research destinations, products, and promotions to create personalized travel itineraries and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate client records, process bookings, and follow up on post-travel feedback and service.
