Role Overview
The Workday Time Tracking/Absence Analyst supports the Functional Lead by configuring schedules, accruals, and absence rules. They test time entry scenarios, leave requests, and accrual balances to ensure accuracy. This role ensures employee time and leave processes are functioning correctly and integrated with payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure time entry codes, templates, and schedules.

• Set up absence accruals, time-off plans, and leave types.

• Execute testing for overtime, PTO, and leave of absence scenarios.

• Support loading and validating accrual balances.

• Document procedures and test results.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 1–3 years HR operations or HRIS experience.

• Knowledge of timekeeping and absence policies.

• Familiarity with Workday Time/Absence a plus.

• Strong numeric accuracy and testing skills.

• Problem-solving mindset.
