​​Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Property Settlement Support

Compensation range:,1,500 - 2,500 AUD / Month

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:
Our client is a strategic property investment advisory and buyer-representation business operating within the Australian residential real estate market. They work closely with investors at various stages of their journey—from first-time buyers to experienced portfolio builders—providing structured guidance that goes beyond single property purchases.

Role Overview:

As a Property Settlement Support professional, you will play a key role in managing the administrative and coordination tasks involved in property settlements. You'll be responsible for preparing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time to help facilitate smooth and successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage settlement documentation and client files
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, banks, and legal parties
  • Support digital settlement processes (e.g., PEXA)
  • Ensure all pre-settlement conditions are met
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Provide updates and respond to client inquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property settlements or real estate administration support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital settlement platforms.
  • Relevant certification or education in conveyancing, legal studies, or real estate (preferred)

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
