Operations Intern – Indonesia

Location: Work From Home (Remote – Indonesia only)
Stipend: ~Rp2,805,000 IDR per month
Language Requirement: Bahasa Indonesia (native proficiency)

About the Role

SummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in Indonesia to support AI research projects through onboarding and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Onboarding & Coordination

  • Handle participant onboarding

  • Explain guidelines clearly

  • Ensure timely submissions

  • Follow-ups

Database & Data Annotation Management

  • Maintain accurate records

  • Support data annotation

  • Quality checks

  • Database updates

Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote projects using:

    • University networks

    • WhatsApp / Telegram

    • Social media

  • Drive recruitment

  • Track results

Audio Data Collection

  • Coordinate audio recordings

  • Validate quality

  • Ensure compliance

Eligibility
