  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and comprehensive reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
