Sales Development Representative (IT Industry)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who can connect with potential IT customers, drive sales opportunities, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential IT customers.
•Join demo calls and assist in closing leads.
•Manage and update the CRM tool.
•Follow up consistently with prospects.
•Work with leads provided by the client.

•Microsoft Office (Teams and Outlook)
•RingCentral
•HubSpot
Qualifications:
• At least 4 to 5 years experience in IT Sales industry
•Experience in Sales/Deal Closing
•Has experience in cold calling or outbound calling
•Has experience in doing Demo Calls
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
