Sales Development Representative (Healthcare Industry)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound sales to potential healthcare customers. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent communication to help grow the client's business.
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
•Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status.
•Nurture and warm up leads through consistent communication.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare industry
•Experience with Medicaid patients is a plus
•Has experience in cold calling and sending out emails to sell to potential customers
•CRM Management
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
