  • Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits of continued engagement with the brand.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and rapid issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for ongoing analysis.

Requirements
