Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, product usage, and rewards programs.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback on their experiences.
  • Educate clients about loyalty programs and incentivize their continued engagement with the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to propose improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, preferably within the retail or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to various customer needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
