Manage day-to-day project execution, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and manage the budget to ensure financial accountability
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, perform risk management, and oversee preparation and submission of project documentation and reports
Manage stakeholder communications and team leadership, acting as the primary point of contact, facilitating regular stakeholder meetings, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and guiding project teams

Job description

Purpose Statement:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and completion of projects within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
This role is critical in ensuring that all projects align with the strategic
objectives of the SEZ and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Design
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives within the SEZ.
Develop full-scale project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Project Execution & Management
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project activities.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Manage the budget and ensure financial accountability.
Compliance & Quality Control

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation and reports.
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for all project
related communications.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates to the general manager.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate project teams; manage subcontractors and consultants.
Provide direction and support to the project team members.
Foster a collaborative work environment within the team

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
