Roles & Responsibilities

  • Internal recruitment or agency background with experience delivering tech hires (Software Engineers, Product, Data, DevOps, Automation QA) for product, SaaS, eCommerce, and high-growth businesses.
  • Excellent C-Level/Head of stakeholder management and direct client contact, with the ability to push back and offer solutions.
  • Flexible, resilient, and able to cope under pressure; a strong team player who can work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical, curious, and compassionate with the ability to define customer segments and communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Source and attract candidates via databases and social media; headhunt top talent and build talent pools/pipelines for clients.
  • Conduct interviews to assess cultural fit, soft skills, technical skills, experience, and aptitudes; track candidate and client experience using surveys.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions, manage the internal referral program, and lead offer negotiation and closing; maintain client relationships (including in Spain).
  • Design and implement data-driven recruiting strategies; provide analytical recruiting reports; run weekly meetings with Hiring Managers; oversee onboarding and ensure proper integration of new employees; manage reporting using ATS (Manatal), Trello, and Slack.

Your contribution:

You’ll be curious, analytical, and compassionate to take the reins and focus on helping your

existing and new customers see the value of our service more clearly. You’ll be responsible

for defining your customer segments and communicating our value proposition on a consistent basis to our target audience. Developing key relationships along the way will provide you the opportunity to offer subject matter expertise on our key activities that help demonstrate our value to our clients.

What we are looking for...

What you will be doing...

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using our Databases, and Social media platforms, ensuring that we are headhunting the best candidates for our clients.
  • Talent pools: Pipelining exceptional candidates.
  • Conducting interviews to screen candidates considering cultural fit, soft skills, tech skills knowledge, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Tracking the candidate and client experience using Typeform Survey forms, allowing you a clear understanding of the quality of work.
  • Internal applicants: Work closely with Hiring Managers to create job descriptions.
  • Being in charge of the internal referral program, if there is no one in place creating one.
  • Offer negotiation and closing candidates Client Management.
  • Where needed designing and implement the overall recruiting strategy for our clients.
  • Building a transparent, and effective reporting and communication methodology, using the client's ATS, Global {M}’s Manatal, Trello boards, Slack to create a data-driven recruitment strategy for our clients.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the management team, and Global {M} Account Manager.
  • Onboarding & induction for new employees: Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Prepare Induction agenda, tools.
  • Follow up with new joiners to ensure a proper onboarding process.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices with a senior member of the Global {M} team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build client relationships in Spain, you will be required to attend new business meetings and explain your way of working.
  • Promote the company’s reputation and participate in meetups, events, etc.
