Job description

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Business Product Manager to join our team and focus on the development and operation of our SaaS platform, specifically tailored to the beauty and skincare industries. In this role, you will be responsible for product design, research on ad performance analysis and optimization workflows, and converting insights into actionable recommendations for our users. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with key department projects and user needs, adjusting the platform's development direction and product strategy accordingly.

Responsibilities

Lead product design efforts for the global commercial SaaS platform, focusing on the beauty and skincare sectors. Help our B2B customers improve client acquisition processes and performance.
Conduct research on ad performance analysis and optimization workflows, transforming findings into user-friendly and actionable optimization suggestions for the beauty, skincare, and makeup industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and cater to the unique demands of the target industries.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management, with a solid understanding of advertisement, strong product thinking, and the ability to propose data-driven solutions to problems. Experience in programming advertising, particularly within the beauty, skincare, and makeup industries, is preferred.
Work experience in Taiwan and current location in Taiwan is preferred.
Strong self-motivation, with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems, and achieve goals.
High sense of responsibility and exceptional teamwork skills.
Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
