Role Overview

As a Salesforce Quality Engineer at J4RVIS, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions across our project portfolio. You’ll work closely with developers, consultants, and project managers to validate functionality, identify issues early, and contribute to a smooth, consistent user experience. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Strategy

  • Design and implement test plans based on project requirements and solution designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical scope
  • Identify high-impact test cases and prioritise coverage across functional and non-functional requirements

Test Execution & Documentation

  • Execute manual and/or automated tests across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing throughout the project lifecycle
  • Log, document, and track test results and defects in systems such as Jira

Defect Management & Issue Resolution

  • Own the QA defect lifecycle: raising, triaging, and following up on defects
  • Collaborate with developers to isolate problems, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing to avoid recurring issues and improve solution quality over time

Continuous Improvement
