The Analyst role will report directly to Hyppo’s Managers and Senior Consultants, working closely in supporting key business stakeholders in our client engagements and other strategic initiatives. You are expected to support our client engagements in the preparation of presentation decks, business cases, financial modeling and all related activities to the fulfillment of a consulting engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and executing analysis for individual project modules: developing hypotheses,
managing data collection, model creation, and analyses, primary and secondary research
and surfacing insights
Supporting project execution through excellent case management: work planning, managing
workflow, upward management, and coaching/developing team members
Work closely with key business stakeholders to drive business & strategic initiatives
Preparation of presentation decks, business cases, and financial modeling
Conduct extensive market research to support, strategy, trends, and business cases
Assist with administrative and project-based responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree from any known University (Business majors preferred)
Fresh graduates with a preference for any experience (including internships) in management consulting, in-house strategy team, or venture capital at a reputable firm
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems
Willing to work from home temporarily
