We're seeking a multidisciplinary technologist- part cloud architect, part DevOps engineer, part technical operations lead. You'll spearhead high-impact initiatives across client infrastructure, automation, internal systems, and cross-functional support. Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead secure, high-performance cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Architect scalable environments aligned with compliance, security, and cost-efficiency goal
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and infrastructure-as-code systems
- Champion automation from deployment workflows to system health monitoring
- Provide hands-on, expert-level support across networking, endpoint management, security, and SaaS ecosystems
- Resolve client issues efficiently, with a customer-first mindset and proactive solutions
- Identify bottlenecks in internal or client operations, then design and implement automation to streamline them
- Integrate systems and tools using APIs, scripts, and low-code platforms
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to provide technical insight, solution scoping, and demo support
- Translate technical concepts into business value for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3- 6+ years in roles involving cloud engineering, DevOps, or MSP technical operations
- Hands-on experience with:
Public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker/Kubernetes)
- IT service platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, Autotask, Atera, N-able)
- Automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Make) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
